Funny story: I was shopping for a new date shirt at Aritzia and ran into my therapist. We both froze, so I basically went, “I’m not here, you’re not here, see you tomorrow.” We debriefed this morning, which was very funny, but also not really the point.

The point is, I only started therapy a few months ago and already swear by it. Since September is Suicide Prevention Month, consider this your reminder that therapy matters, and so do you.
