Meet the 'Pebble, Egg & Cheese,' a limited-time cocktail crafted in collaboration with Vital Farms, Black Seed Bagels, and the iconic Pebble Bar! Vital Farms egg whites, Black Seed Bagels' eau-de-vie distilled from surplus bagels, bacon-infused bourbon, and more are shaken together to create a festive libation inspired by the classic bacon, egg and cheese flavors. The cocktail, developed by Tim Sweeney, is garnished with a stenciled sunny-side-up egg design with everything bagel seasoning, cheddar cheese powder, and a black pepper mix.
